- Special Events: Includes the LAVic 60 Year Anniversary Region Challenge on 20 October 2024, Halloween Special on 25 October 2024, and Christmas Special on 13 December 2024.
- Major Competitions: Features the LAVic State Relay Championships on 14 December 2024, LAVic State Combined Event Championships on 1 & 2 February 2025, and the LAVic State Track & Field Championships on 8 & 9 March 2025.
- Breaks and Relays: There is a Christmas Break and the Mentone Relay Day date is to be confirmed.
